Print Pro
I Saw that this app existed and bought an HP1002W laser jet printer which was on sale at Future Shop for $79.
Set up the printer and it wouldnt work for AirPrint. I researched on HPs website (useless because so many links in "support" are broken. NThanks for your attention to customer service, HP.
Further research finally helped find a user blog recommending a firmware upgrade to the printer. With this info I found the firmware on the HP site, and did the upgrade via my laptop.
After the upgrade, it seemed to take about 5 more minutes until my iPad and iPhones saw the printer. Tests worked immediately, and then set up an ePrint account via HP. Worked right away.
Since then, it works flawlessly with AirPrint when Im at home and ePrint works great when Im on the road.
Hopefully its obvious from this review that every problem I had was the sole responsibility of the printer manufacturer, although Print Pro could include this info in its help.
